Close your eyes and picture a sky woven from silver threads. Each thread hums when a dream finds its way home. The air smells like warm honey and starlight. You are there, right now, in the heart of the Weave.
Veylin stretched their wings, feathers shimmering like dew on spider silk. The Weave stretched above, a vast canopy of glowing threads. Each thread pulsed softly, guiding sleepy travelers back to their beds. But tonight, something felt different.
VEYLIN: "Glimmerlume, do you hear that?" The lantern at Veylin’s side flickered, its light dimming to a soft blue.
