Story Preview
High above the clouds, a workshop hums with soft light. Inside, tiny stars are being made, one by one. You are Rumi, a small round robot with warm copper hands.
The workshop is called the Lullaby Loom. Its walls are woven from moonbeams and quiet songs. Rumi rolls in on little silver wheels. Everything here is gentle, even the air. RUMI: "Dodi? Are you here?" A small lantern flickers on a shelf. Its light is blue like the edge of sleep. DODI: "I’m always here, Rumi." RUMI: "What are you doing?" DODI: "Waiting for the next dream to be ready."
Rumi looks around. The workbenches hold tiny glass jars. Each jar holds a sleeping cloud. RUMI: "Where do the clouds come from?" DODI: "From children’s breath, when they sigh just right." RUMI: "Come see the stars?"
