This is where the lonely things go to rest. And tonight, something is waiting for you.
The first thing Meera noticed was the scent—like rain on dry leaves, like the moment before a yawn. She padded through the Whispergarden, her fox paws sinking into moss that glowed faintly blue. The air was thick with the sound of rustling, though no wind stirred. It was the sound of thoughts growing.
