Story Preview
Above the clouds, where the wind hums lullabies, lies the Sky Lantern Glade. Thousands of tiny lights drift like fireflies, guiding sleepy travelers home. Each light dims only when the last dreamer is safe in bed.
Kaelani’s wings caught the evening breeze, lifting her higher. The air smelled of rain-washed leaves and distant starlight. Below, the Sky Lantern Glade glowed faintly, its usual golden shimmer dimmer than usual.
KAELANI: "That’s strange. The lights should be brighter by now."
