Story Preview

The Skyway is a winding path of silver light that hums when sleepy travelers brush its edges. Tonight, the hum is missing, and the path waits in quiet blue. You are Imani, a young dreamfox with fur like moonlight and paws that never make a sound. The Skyway needs you.

The air smells like warm honey and distant stars. Imani steps onto the Skyway, her whiskers twitching. The path should glow softly, guiding dreams home, but tonight it lies dark and still. Even the pebbles beneath her paws feel cold.

IMANI: "Bibi? Are you there?" A slow rustle comes from the reeds. Bibi, the old dreamweaver, emerges with her shawl of woven starlight. Her eyes are half-closed, her voice like wind through grass.
