Thistle and the Scent of Snow

High on a rocky slope where the wind carries whispers of distant storms, a young thistle named Thorn refuses to bloom. The other plants sway in the golden light, their fragrances drifting like invisible threads, but Thorn is waiting—for something no one else believes in. Then, one afternoon, the air fills with the sharp, clean scent of snow, and Thorn knows his time has come.
