A tiny spider named Silk discovers a glowing ladder descending from the sky, but he can’t climb it alone. With the help of new friends, he learns that some dreams are too big for one pair of legs.
A small spider who spins webs and dreams of climbing to the sky.
His legs are gentle but determined, and he never gives up.

The third rung was too far. A ladybug rolled up. "Hold tight," she said. Silk wrapped his legs around her shell. Up they went. The ladder felt warm now. The ladder hummed when the wind blew. At the top, the sky was made of silk. Silk the spider touched it. The whole world shimmered. Then, slowly, the ladder began to fade. The cricket, the firefly, and the ladybug waved goodbye. Silk curled up on the dandelion. The sky turned pink. The ladder was gone. Only the hum remained. Just for a moment. Then that, too, drifted away. And the dream slowly... slowly... faded away.
