[GENTLE] Once, in a garden where the sun always lingered just a little longer, there lived a girl named Pippa. Pippa was small, with knees that liked to bump into things and hands that dropped whatever they touched. [JOYFUL] Her favorite place was the pumpkin patch, where the vines curled like green ribbons and the pumpkins sat round and quiet, as if they were waiting for something.
[EXCITED] One afternoon, Pippa decided to count every pumpkin in the patch. She tiptoed between the rows, her fingers brushing the rough leaves. [EMPHASIS]One... two... three...[/EMPHASIS] But then—oh!—her foot caught on a vine, and she went [EMPHASIS]WHOOSH[/EMPHASIS] right into a pile of soft, golden hay. [laugh] The hay tickled her nose, and she sneezed so hard her hat flew off.
[CURIOUS] When she sat up, something strange happened. The pumpkins weren’t just sitting there anymore. They were... wiggling. Just a little. Like they were stretching after a long nap. Pippa rubbed her eyes. [WHISPERING] "Did you see that?" she asked the nearest pumpkin. It didn’t answer, but it did give a tiny little bounce.
