Story Preview
Close your eyes and imagine a hill where the grass glows silver under the moon. At the very top, there’s a circle of smooth stones, each one warm to the touch, like they’ve been kissed by sunlight all day. This is the Watching Hill, where the night sky leans down to whisper secrets, and if you listen very closely, you can hear the dreams of sleeping animals rustling in the dark.
Mira stepped onto the Watching Hill, her bare feet sinking into the soft grass. The air smelled like honey and dew. Above her, the stars weren’t just dots of light—they were tiny lanterns, flickering as if someone was blowing on them gently.
MIRA: "Where did that sound come from?"
